Ordering Method

1. Press the "Add to Cart" button on the product page.


2. Proceed to the order page.


3. Enter shipping address→select shipping method→click order confirmation button.


4. Your order is completed! You will receive an automatic email immediately.

5. We will send you another "Order Confirmation E-mail" during business hours.
   ※Your order is confirmed when you receive the "Order Confirmation E-mail".
   ※There is a possibility that we may not have been able to send your message properly due to spam or other reasons. If this is the case, please contact us.


6. Please confirm the amount shown in the order confirmation e-mail before making payment.


7. Please wait for a while for the product to arrive.

About Shipping

There are two shipping methods: in-house delivery and Yamato Kazai Takkyubin.

In-house delivery

This is a service in which our staff delivers products.
We will carry the equipment to the designated location and install it.
※Only refrigerators and washing machines may not be installed at some sites.

1. About Shipping Charges
   3,800 yen for any number of items in the delivery area!


2. Additional fees may apply
   
   
   
   • No elevator (only large appliances such as refrigerators)
     2nd floor: 500 yen 3rd floor: 1000 yen 4th floor: 2000 yen 5th floor: 3000 yen
   
   
   • Nipple installation work on washing machine faucet: 800 yen
   
   
   • Installation of washing machine scaffolds (4): 2000 yen
   
   
   
   


3. About time zone specifications
   You can choose the time from 8am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm.
   ※We will contact you the day before for a detailed time schedule.



4. Areas covered by in-house delivery
   Tokyo 23 wards, Saitama (Asaka City, Niiza City, Wako City, Shiki City, Fujimi City, Miyoshi Town, Toda City, Warabi City, Kawaguchi City, Tokorozawa City, Fujimino City, Saitama City, Soka City)
   


5. In-house delivery flow
   ①We will contact you at least one day prior to delivery with a detailed delivery time. (e.g. 1pm to 3pm, etc.)
   ②On the day of the event, we will contact you about 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to your arrival.
   ③Upon arrival, the unit will be installed, checked for operation (20-30 minutes), and completed.
   ※If you are not at home, we will charge an additional 3,800 yen for delivery at a later date.

Rakuraku Kazai Takkyubin (Yamato Transport)

We will ship by Yamato Transport’s Rakuraku Kazai Takkyubin.
Shipping charges vary depending on the size of the package and each prefecture.
Please check the Yamato Transport website for details.
※You will be notified of the shipping costs for your order in your order confirmation e-mail.

About delivery date

• In case of in-house delivery
  We will deliver your order as soon as the day after your order is placed.


• In case of Rakuraku Kazai Takkyubin
  We will ship by the day after your order is placed.

※Please note that there may be delays due to the amount of traffic.
※Shipment will be made as soon as payment is confirmed.

About Payment

• Credit card payment (installment and revolving payments OK)


• Cash on delivery (in-house delivery only)

Warranty Period

Guaranteed for 60 days from product arrival.

Returns and Exchanges

If the product is different, damaged, or broken within the warranty period, it can be returned or exchanged.

1. If the item is different or damaged
   If the item is different or damaged, we will repair or replace it.
   If repair or replacement is not possible, the full amount paid will be refunded.
   ※Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods
   ※Please note that we will not be able to respond to any returned merchandise after more than 4 days have passed from the date of delivery or if the merchandise is returned without prior notification.
   



2. If the product fails within the warranty period
   Each product has its own warranty period (60 days).
   If the product fails within the warranty period, it will be replaced with an equivalent product.
   If an equivalent item is not available, the full amount paid will be refunded.

※Please note that we will not be able to respond in the following cases
・When the warranty period has expired
・Failure due to customer’s reason
・Failure due to natural disaster
・Change of address due to move

※Please note that we do not guarantee any secondary damage caused by product failure.
Case：Damage to clothes due to washing machine failure, food spoilage due to refrigerator failure, etc.

In the case of in-house delivery, we also pick up waste home appliances at the same time.

　LCD/plasma (15" or smaller): 4,070 yen
　LCD/plasma (16" and larger): 5,170 yen

※We will charge a fee on site on the day of delivery and collect the items.
