Q. How much is the delivery charge?



For in-house delivery, multiple items can be ordered and delivered for 3,800 yen.
For TA-Q-BIN, charges vary depending on the size of the item and the region. (Charges will be applied for each item.)

Q. Can you install my appliances?



For in-house delivery, we even install refrigerators and washing machines free of charge.
For TA-Q-BIN, refrigerators are free of charge, but washing machine installation will cost an additional 3,300 yen.



Q. How long is the warranty period?



60 days from product purchase.
If the product fails within the warranty period, we will replace it with an equivalent product. If an equivalent product is not available, we will refund the full amount paid.

※Please note that we will not be able to respond in the following cases


  • If the warranty period has expired

  • Failure due to customer’s reason

  • Failure due to natural disaster

  • Change of address due to move


※Please note that we do not guarantee any secondary damage caused by product failure.
Case: Damage to clothes due to washing machine failure, food spoilage due to refrigerator failure, etc.

  • Shipping is 3,800 yen for any number of items within the company's delivery area.
  • For other areas, we will ship by Yamato Transport's Raku-Raku Kasei Takkyubin. We will inform you of the shipping cost of the ordered items in the order confirmation e-mail.

  • In the case of in-house delivery, we will deliver the items the day after the order is placed at the earliest.
  • In case of Raku-Raku-Ka-Zai Takkyubin, we will ship by the day after the order is placed.
