Notation based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions

Delivery Date: ■In case of in-house delivery
We will deliver your order as soon as the day after your order is placed.
■In case of Rakuraku Kazai Takkyubin
We will ship by the day after your order is placed.

※Please note that there may be delays due to the amount of traffic.
※Shipment will be made as soon as payment is confirmed.

Payment Method: ・Credit card payment (installment and revolving payments OK)
・Cash on delivery (in-house delivery only)
・Bank transfer (customer is responsible for handling charges)
・PayPay

Return and Exchange Policy: If the product is different, damaged, or broken within the warranty period, it can be returned or exchanged.

■If the item is different or damaged

If repair or replacement is not possible, the full amount paid will be refunded.
※Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of goods.
※Please note that we will not be able to respond to any returned merchandise after more than 4 days have passed from the date of delivery or if the merchandise is returned without prior notification.

■If the product fails within the warranty period
Each product has its own warranty period (60 days).
If the product fails within the warranty period, it will be replaced with an equivalent product.
If an equivalent item is not available, the full amount paid will be refunded.

※Please note that we will not be able to respond in the following cases.
・If the warranty period has expired
・Failure due to customer's reason
・Failure due to natural disaster
・Change of address due to move

※Please note that we do not guarantee any secondary damage caused by product failure.

Payment Method

About Shipping and Delivery

■ About Shipping
Shipping is 3,800 yen for any number of items within the company's delivery area.
For other areas, we will ship by Yamato Transport's Raku-Raku Kasei Takkyubin. We will inform you of the shipping cost of the ordered items in the order confirmation e-mail.

■ About shipping
In the case of in-house delivery, we will deliver the items the day after the order is placed at the earliest.
In case of Raku-Raku-Ka-Zai Takkyubin, we will ship by the day after the order is placed.

Return Policy
